The Leadership You Don’t See in Yourself
Most people don't recognize their own leadership until someone else names it. For years, I showed up as a teacher — focused on my students, my colleagues, and my school community — never thinking about what came next. Then my principal said something to our superintendent that stopped me in my tracks. It sparked a question I hadn't thought to ask myself: what if your impact could reach further than your classroom? This is the story of being seen, and what I learned about building leaders who don't yet see themselves.
